Positive: The host was very friendly and helpful - he even came to find us when we couldn't find the property. He went above and beyond to help us. All rooms were very spacious It was nice to have a pool, well kept garden and own outdoor space. It was an attractive location. Good location if you're visiting Gubbio

Negative: The furnishings looked a bit old and tired. The way the furniture was arranged in the kitchen/diner/sitting room meant there was no comfortable defined sitting area The kitchen was okay but had the minimum equipment you would expect We could hear the people in the upstairs unit moving around. It wasn't a problem for us but it could be if you were unlucky enough to have people above who wanted to stay up late

Summary: We enjoyed our week here and with a few simple tweaks this could be an excellent property
