Positive: We liked the location (walking distance to the old town). The nice thing about the apartment is that it has a nice outdoor terrace.

Negative: The apartment has its' old "charm", but it needs renovation. Nothing is really broken but it's just so outdated, especially bathrooms. The mattress in one of the bedrooms was terrible, you could feel the springs or whatever is inside it. My friend who slept there for a week started feeling back pain.. Also, I was surprised by some of the signs and rules in the apartment, such as "take the trash on your check out" (considering there were no trash bags in the apartment).

Summary: The apartment is spacious but needs renovation. A little too pricey for what you get.
