Positive: Well, first of all, the owners! This is what Italy should be about - the friendliness of people and the great passion they put into giving people the most amazing experiences! Cristina and her family were simply the happiest people you can meet. We had all the tips about Siena from them. They also gave us things to do around Siena as well. In the room, they prepared the couch for Ginger (which she enjoyed at maximum). The place is so well positioned - near the bus station (2-3mins drive) from the city. It was extremely clean and had a huge green space in the back. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is fully equiped and the bathroom is big as well. We were able to wash our clothes in there as well, as they have everythinng you need. I can def recommend this place to everyone visiting Siena!
