Surrounded by a large garden with lawn, the villa has a gazebo equipped with a dining table and barbecue, ideal for alfresco meals.
Among the outdoor spaces you will also find a private fenced pool (12 x 6 metres, depth 1.40 metres), open from 1st June to 30th September. The pool is equipped with parasol and sun loungers.

Villa Quercina consists of the main building and a dependance, and can sleep up to a maximum of 16 people (including any infants), has 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Included Internet Wifi. Main building (240 m2): The main building is divided into 2 apartments (not internally connected), each with its own private entrance.

The 2nd apartment is made up of: a living room with kitchen and dining area, a double bedroom, a walk-through bedroom with 2 single beds, and a bathroom with shower.
Dependance (60 m2): The dependance is located a few meters from the main building, and is spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a living area with double sofa bed, dining table and kitchenette. Following is a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower.
The upper floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, houses a twin bedroom and an ensuite bathroom with shower.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (300.00€); heating during winter months (5.00€/m3); extra single bed (for a maximum of 1 - price 100.00€).
