The covered patio is equipped with a table for 6 people, ideal for outdoor lunches/dinners in complete privacy and tranquility. The villa\'s basement includes a garage for 2 cars, accessible via a ramp from the side gate.
Internal Description
Villa Sophia is elegantly furnished in a clever mix of modern and classic Tuscan-Versilian style. The interiors – characterised by colored and precious marbles, together with the selected furnishing accessories – offer a bright, pleasant and classy atmosphere.
The property is spread over 4 floors, and can accommodate up to 10 people, has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

Prices and conditions
