A cozy sitting area with ample storage provides access to the top level, the “Piccionaia,” which houses the fifth bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

The large private pool is situated just below the villa, with a fenced access for safety. The pool deck is furnished with sun loungers, umbrella, and relaxation area. Open from April to the end of October, the pool is not heated.
