Positive: The size, location and decoration of the apartment was ok and according to description. The owners were close by at a nice coffe bar, where we were offered a free coffe as a small compensation for what was missing in the appartement.

Negative: For an apartment with kitchen, it was not easy to cook: Missing kitchen knife, coffe maker, no lights in the cooker hood The dining table was not mounted properly or broken so very unstable to use. If the owners or hosts just stayed one or two nights there, they would realize what is missing or broken. After we had reported was was missing, they delivered poor material to attend our needs, quite quickly, but a joke of what we received. We even had to ask for something to do the dishes with, and we were told that the cleaning things were for all purposeed of the flat.. making you question if the dishes were done with the same spunge as the toilette was cleaned. The traditional coffe pot’s handle melted when I pre-cooked it according to intructions, and when we returned it, they thought they could repair it, and then excused that we had to wait until day of check-out for it to be replaced. We stayed only two days, but I think with very little effort, they can be successful and get the high reviews they had, which made us book this place. The sadest part was that they forgot to return a passport (We didn’t think about it either, until checking in to next location) and they would’nt make the effort to have it delivered 5 km to our next place of stay, so we had to walk an extra 10 km to retrieve it.

Summary: Could easily been so much better!
