Located on Steinsøya in front of Gjeving, opposite Lyngør, the holiday home is located close to Norway's best-preserved settlement. Great holiday home only 10 meters from the sea. Well-equipped kitchen, dining room and a living room on the first floor, as well as a living room with access to one of the terraces on the lower floor. 5 bedrooms (one of which is a walk-through room) and 3 bathrooms with showers. You can enjoy the view of the water from almost every room. Relax on the terraces or directly at the jetty with shower facilities in summer and enjoy the view of the bustling boat life. The local taxi boat will take you to the house on the day of arrival (cost: NOK 480 for up to 6 people), while a small open boat with 6 hp awaits you at the holiday house. In addition, you can explore the area with two kayaks, swim from your own jetty and have fun with two SUPs. A holiday paradise for anyone who loves the sea! When you want to buy food, just take the boat to Lyngør, where there is a small grocery store and several restaurants. If you like fishing, you can book a guided fishing trip or go lobster fishing with guide (lobster season: 1/10-30/11). Kotenull on the mainland offers various diving, surfing and paddling courses, as well as seal safaris and snorkel safaris. A visit to Lyngørfjorden Coastal Culture Center (Mjøfartsmuseet) or Lyngørfjorden Book Hotel in Gjeving is also recommended. The small towns Tvedestrand (17 km) and Risør (20 km) are not far away.
