For the most part, you do not need to support yourself with your hands, but the rocks can be quite loose in many places, so you will need to train your balance. If you continue to the highest peak, this part of the hike becomes airy and balancing acts are necessary. Would you prefer a hike through the Nakke valley? There are plenty of options here for young and old. If you like sea kayaking, you can visit the islands of Ternøyna and Løvøya.
