The hiking season starts at the end of June and offers everything from demanding hikes in the mountains to easier hikes on the Vikafjellet mountain plateau. Experience the valleys Modalen and Eksingedalen on idyllic narrow country roads or ride a bike around the lake Vangsvatnet or to the waterfall Tvindefossen. During winter, the Voss Resort ski resort is 5 min. from the holiday house, with trails for experts and beginners. There are very good free-riding areas here, several in the immediate vicinity of the ski lift. In addition to 10 km of illuminated trails! 5 minutes to the center of Voss and approx. 90 minutes by car to Bergen. Day trips to Hardangerfjord and Sognefjord only 45 minutes away by car. 0.2 and 3 km for freshwater fishing in Melsvatnet and Lønavatnet, remember fishing license.
