Holiday house with magnificent views of Nappstraumen and Flakstadøya in Lofoten, located on an open, sunny and child-friendly plot. A quiet but central area in the middle of Lofoten, ideal starting point for day trips by car and bicycle. Great hiking terrain. The house was built in 1949 and renovated over several periods. 2 bedrooms in the attic, each with double bed and single bed. In the attic corridor, there is a single bed. Cot. Free wifi/internet with good capacity. TV can be watched by streaming TV channels through the internet with a laptop that must be brought. From the house and the terrace there are magnificent views of Nappstraumen, Flakstadøya and the fishing village Napp on the other side of the strait. In the evenings, you can enjoy the beautiful sunset, the midnight sun and the fresh and salty sea air. On stormy days, the large waves that break against the tidal current in the sound are an impressive sight. Great hiking terrain along the sea or up in the mountains Offersøykammen with magnificent views of the ocean and the midnight sun. Child-friendly garden with play equipment. 7 km to Haukelandsstranda, a popular beach. The house is in the middle of Lofoten and a great starting point for hikes. 5 km to Leknes with shops, restaurants, and airport. Parking space by the house. Nappstraumen is well known for great sea fishing. Boat rental 7 km from the holiday house, where 18-21 foot boats with outboard motor, echo sounder, GPS and chart plotter can be rented per day or per week if available. A boat can also be booked in advance.
