Summary: The hotel location was good but the overall service was lacking. There was too much focus on automation and the human touch was completely missing. Rooms were too small and was not value for money at all. We were most surprised when the staff asked for money to give us 'breakfast to go', We had paid for breakfast and were expecting to carry packed breakfast as our flight out was very early.
