Mount Amiata rises 1700 m high above the Maremma plain, and its slopes are covered with vast chestnut-tree forests. The entire area is full of natural thermal waters known since ancient times, to name a few, the Terme di Saturnia with its beautiful natural waterfalls and the thermal baths of San Filippo. There are also numerous Etruscan remains in the area. The house is surrounded by a beautiful lawn with a swimming pool (10x5, 1.40 m deep) (31/05-13/09) of the exclusive use of the guests with gazebo, garden furniture and a small pond.
