On the lower floor we have a laundry room with luggage storage shelves, 6 kg washing machine and cleaning utensils, including washing machine soap; the fully equipped kitchen-dining room including barbecue utensils with enough utensils for four people, toaster, Italian coffee maker with ground coffee and filter coffee maker with filters included, mixer, juicer, 2 salad bowl, 4 kettles, 2 pans, a grill and crockery for 4; a cute toilet; fan and air conditioning; a comfortable living room with a comfortable 4-seater sofa bed, two individual armchairs and 31´ Samsung TV with Movistar, a cabinet with drawers, a living room table, a lamp and the main entrance to the terrace
And finally we have the large terrace with barbecue and family table, a bench for 2 and two wooden chairs, to eat outside and enjoy the sunny days of the south of Gran Canaria.
