On the ground floor there are: entrance hall, kitchen, living room, veranda, a service area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the first floor there are: hallway, 3 bedrooms, 1 terrace and 2 bathrooms.
Once you have entered and passed the entrance, you can access the large living room (about 50 square meters), the kitchen (about 30 square meters) and a service room where the boiler, washing machine and sink are housed.
The living room has a ceiling with chestnut beams and has 2 seating areas and a large fireplace.
