Full Isolated. El. scheme is new. Water admitted from well with hot water.
2 large double bedrooms downstairs, loft and attic room upstairs. Sleeps 8-10.
Outdoor terrace under roof.
Large winter garden with wood stove. Large playground in the garden for games and activities.
5 min to the nearest tar. 10 min to the nearest bathing water with very comfortable temperature in summer time. 40 min. walk in exciting forests to larger waters for swimming and trout fishing.
4 min. down to the countryside, sea and beach. Private floating dock with rowboat / kayak and any. Motor boat. Fishing from boat and land.

Our family has been in this place since 1961 and it is deeply rooted in our souls. We associate this place of peace and serenity. One place for activity and recreation. One paradise for young children. There's something about the air up here which provides a calm atmosphere and you do not like to leave here.
NB. that there is one Biotoilet where you change your sack in a simple and clean way. The other toilet is a carousel that is emptied by the landlord.
5 min. walk from the parking but heavy things can be run all the way. Have started work with your own parking space and will hopefully be completed by summer 2019.
