Positive: The staff were very welcoming, very polite and very flexible. They were very caring and always checked if we needed anything. They were very attentive to our requests and their response time was the quickest ever. They respected our privacy. I'm impressed to find this kind of service in Egypt. The hotel shaped half of our experience in the city. Everything is so clean. I liked how quiet the place was even if the music was on in the reception it wasn't too loud to reach the rooms. The room was spacious and had everything we need. We loved the hot spring water in that small cave. The pool is working 24/7 as well. It was really good quality for money. They also helped us a lot with taxi arrangements.
