Summary: We could not be happier with our stay and the service we received. We stayed in a deluxe double room with balcony which I picked because I was in Istanbul for surgery and knew I would spend a lot of time in the room, so the balcony gave some much needed extra space and added a bit of luxury too. I needed ice after having surgery and the staff brought me ice a couple of times a day, they were so sweet and helpful. The room was clean, had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. We slept perfectly. The cleaning staff were friendly and we felt fine about leaving things in the room. There was a bit of road noise when we had the balcony door open but as a very light sleeper/someone that has anxiety about noisy hotel rooms, the noise was so minimal and we really weren’t bothered by anything. No noise could be heard from other guests which is perfect. We said if we ever come back to Istanbul, this hotel would be first on the list! P.s the area is nice and feels safe. We ate at a little cafe a few doors down called Village almost every day as they do great smoothie bowls. Also lots of vegan food in the area which was ideal for us non meat eaters! Thank you so much.
