Summary: The room was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable, but we had a couple issues that made our stay not good. On the description it says that the seasonal pool is the outdoor pool, but in reality is the indoor. Really frustrating discovering after getting there, as we chose the hotel for the pool. The other issue we had was that our room’s AC would turn off every 2 hours. We told that to the hotel’s staff several times, eapecially in the middle of night, since we would wake up with the kids sweating, and they didn’t do anythint about it. We barely slept for 3 nights.
