Negative: Overall, the hotel has a nice atmosphere and the staff were genuinely very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, the property feels quite run down and would really benefit from maintenance and refurbishment. The spa especially seemed in need of upkeep and didn’t feel as well maintained as expected. Another major downside was the Wi-Fi: it didn’t work in the rooms, which was very inconvenient. Breakfast was also quite scarce, with limited choice and not enough replenishment. In the end, despite the friendly service, it didn’t feel like good value for money considering the price and the issues mentioned.
