Positive: Location was just perfect! Very close to the beach and sea. Shops and boulevard are just a nice stroll away. David was a terrfific, friendly host. Apartment was convenient, comfortable and very well-equipped, all done by David himself. Lots of space for maximum 6 people. Outstanding rain shower too. Parking your car is simple (now, off-season) and free at the Avenida de Cervantes. Check in was not via the owner, but Fidelsa. That worked out OK when we were able to retrieve a personal account, needed for the check-in.

Negative: As we knew form the pictures (so no real surprise), the inside of the apartment is rather dark. This will be a bonus in the summer, but not so in winter. Also, the family of 5 people lives upstairs and given the fact the house has an old, unisolated structure, it's easy to hear what they are doing, saying and where they are moving to. If you want silence, look for somewhere else. If you care less, Ocean Blue Eyes may be the place to be, given all benefits.
