Summary: The property is near the beach and town but it has a lot of drawbacks Noisy dogs (5) next door that bark every time you go out to terrace or if the neighbours go as well. The property needs an upgrade in that external shutters did not work properly, air con only worked in one room and the gas boiler had an intermittent fault that meant having a cold shower occasionally. Also the general quality of the equipment was poor the bare minimum was supplied, (didn’t even have a salt and pepper pot) Compared to other properties we have rented in Guardamar this was by far the worst we have ever had
