Positive: Good equipment and furnishing.

Negative: We stayed one night. Construction work on the house started in the early morning hours. We wanted to enjoy the balcony when having breakfast, but it was just too loud. With occasionally extremely loud work. There is no floor drain in the bathroom, and when we arrived it was already water on the floor, which will not go away at all. After using the shower, there were more water on the floor, and after a while it was impossible to use the toilette without taking our socks off.
