It is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, internet, TV, satellite, DVD and stereo, and a built-in barbecue.Outside, there is a large swimming pool surrounded by lawns, a garden area and a terrace with sun loungers for relaxing in the sun. The porch is equipped with a table and chairs for pleasant evenings and family barbecues in the fresh air.
The Crestatx residential area is highly regarded for its tranquillity, abundant vegetation and proximity to the Crestatx sanctuary, an iconic landmark in the area.
