Summary: Really disappointed with this stay, we knew we were before their main season, so the pool not being filled was expected, but the cabin we were given was at least a 20 year old mobile home, it had cracks in the ceiling that something white constantly dropped out of, it smelt damp and musty, the ceiling vent leaked during heavy rain, and for the last 2 days of our stay the loo was blocked which we did report, but they didn't sort, so we had to walk down the hill to the campers loo in the valley and back each time we needed to use a toilet. The site itself was okay, and in a very handy area for Pisa & Florence, but the cabin was awful, which really put a damper on things
