Im Eingangsbereich befindet sich das Wohnzimmer mit einem Schalfsofa für 1 Person, eine Essecke für 4 Personen mit offenem Kamin und die Küche. Im ersten Stock, als offene Galerie gestaltet ist, befindet sich ein Einzelbett, ein Schreibtisch und ein Schrank. Vom Einzelzimmer gelangt man in das Doppelschlafzimmer, wo sich eine Standklimaanlage befindet. Das Doppelschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Bad „en Suite“ mit Dusche.
Im untersten Stockwerk gibt es ein zweites Badezimmer, mit einer großen Badewanne aus Mosaiksteinchen, BD, WC und Waschmaschine.
Caldana ist ein kleiner Ort im Herzen der Maremma, auf einem sanften Hügel gelegen, bietet der Ort die Möglichkeit einen authentischen Italienurlaub zu erleben, abseits typisch touristischer Trampelpfade. Jedoch nur 18 km von Follonica, 20 km von Castiglione della Pescaia, 25 km Von Punta Ala und 25 km von Grosseto und Massa Marittima entfernt ist.
