The villa was built in 2018 in traditional Tuscan style. It has 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, large pool (10m x 8m) with jacuzzi corner, tennis court and private outdoor dining area with great views.
Located half way (30 minutes drive) to Pisa, San Gimignano, Volterra and 1 hour to Siena, Lucca, Florence. Lesser known towns but Worth a visit are within 20 minutes drive (San Miniato, San Vivaldo for instance). Golf lovers will enjoy the Castelfalfi 27 holes court only 5 minutes drive away where there,s also a restaurant. The villa is also ideal to simply relax by the large pool equipped with sun beds and parasols. Children are welcome! The villa is part of Podere Terranuova estate consisting of two buildings (your villa and our villa where we live) and large outdoors partly with grass and partly paved. Parking is within few meters from the villa.
We enjoy having guests from all over the world sharing our piece of Heaven but we like to give them the highest level of privacy. We are only a knock on the door away in case of need. Occasionally we use the pool.
Included in the price:
• Utilities (also including floor cooling/heating system)
• 1 change of linen every 7 days for multiple weeks. Let us know if you require extra cleaning
• 1 pool towel per person changed every 7 days
• Use of the pool. Owner may use it occasionally
