Built in 2023, the villa has a contemporary, linear style, with essential spaces but equipped with all comforts. Plunged in the greenery and tranquility of Le Marche countryside, this villa is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday, enjoying the beautiful salt water infinity pool overlooking the surrounding landscape. The building consists of two units on three levels, both for the exclusive use of the guest, which makes it perfect for two families who want to spend the holidays together while keeping their privacy. A dominant feature of the interiors is the large windows, which in addition to making the spaces bright, give a natural continuation with the outdoor landscape. Guests have access to two large porches, equipped with tables, chairs and sofas to have al fresco dinings and enjoy pleasant moments in company. In addition, there is a barbecue area and a table tennis for funny challenges. A few steps from the villa there is a lovely farmhouse where you can taste the typical local cuisine and go horseback riding, even with children. The upper mezzanine floor consists of a double bedroom (beds can be divided as twin bedroom upon request) overlooking the living room on the lower floor. The other unit, always set on three floors, consists of a kitchen with dining area and direct access to the garden and porch, a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is an open space area with two single beds (which can be joined as double bed upon request), a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The upper mezzanine floor consists of a double bedroom overlooking the open space area with the two single beds. All property rooms (except bathrooms) are equipped with air conditioning. Guests can park their cars inside the property near the entrance. The property has partial window nets and allows a maximum of 1 pet.
