It develops entirely on one floor with an internal surface area of 150 m2 + approximately 130 m2 of open areas, and is made up of a large open space living area, rooms separated by open walls, where you will find a relaxation area with sofas, a well-equipped kitchen and dining room. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, a charming master double bedroom with stone wall and internal bathroom with large walk-in shower, two other bedrooms, one triple (double with single bed) and one with single beds, second bathroom with shower. The villa is surrounded by a park, a large garden which enjoys an exclusive portion with a fence and a wonderful porch tastefully furnished for outdoor lunches and dinners. Covered and shaded parking space always available.
The house has recently been internally renovated, furnished with taste and attention to detail.
