The area offers many good hiking opportunities throughout the year with short and longer mountain trips in beautiful surroundings. There are fishing opportunities in rivers, streams and lakes. If you want more speed and fun, Hafjell is a nice place for biking. Hafjell Bike Park offers several trails with different levels of difficulty, as well as a bike school and bike rental. In winter, you will find groomed ski slopes close to the house, as well as an alpine facility in the immediate vicinity. More activities and experiences await you in Lillehammer, where you will find stores, restaurants and museums. The Maihaugen Museum is worth a visit.
