Pleasant holiday home with a panoramic view of the water, here you can sit on the terrace and enjoy the view. The house has an open kitchen and living room. From the living room there is a ladder/stairs up to the loft with 2 beds. There are two bedrooms in the house, one with 2 double beds and one with a double bed. There is a large dining room with room for many people and from the dining room you can also enjoy the wonderful view. There are various board games in the cabin that can be used freely. Outside there is a garage and at the end of this a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom has been furnished. The house has a large and sunny terrace and a large plot of land for play and activities. In the period 1 April to 30 September, you can also use the annex located on the plot, where there is a small living room and two small bedrooms. This is not available in winter as it is not winter insulated. On the other side of the road and about 100 meters away is the Finnskogen Tourist Centre, where you can hire boats, pedal boats and canoes. There is also a nice sandy beach here if you want to swim. You will also find a playground for the children here. The canteen at the center is open every day in the summer and at weekends in the winter. Here it is also possible to launch your own boat. Good fishing opportunities in Skasen and here you can catch a lot of pike, perch and roach. There are several good fishing lakes and ponds in the area. There is a lot of mullet and blueberries in the area. In the area you can see both moose and deer nearby. Finnskogdagene is organized every summer and is certainly an event to attend, this is held on the second weekend in July each year. There are good hiking opportunities in the area both on foot and on skis, the nearest alpine opportunities are Valfjellet in Sweden, approx. 90 km away.
