Cozy holiday home in Tunhovd. The cottage is secluded with fantastic views of the mountains. Large open windows so you can really enjoy the view. The master bedroom is large and has a fireplace, there is also a fireplace in the living room and three wood stoves in the cottage. It is 14 km to Nesfjellet alpine center, the ski resort can offer well-groomed slopes in all levels of difficulty. 5 lifts and 13 slopes (1 black, 4 red, 4 blue and 3 green; 1 unprepared trail). The longest descent is a full 2.3 km and the top station is at 1115 m.o.h. Ski slopes for cross-country skiing 100 meters from the cottage. 10 km to Langedrag Nature Park, which is open for visits all year round, houses about 25 different animal species and is i.a. known for its selection of old livestock breeds and wild animals from Norwegian fauna. One can i.a. experience exciting predatory mammals such as wolves and lynx. But you will also find traditional animals such as reindeer, moose, mountain foxes, horses, goats, chickens, ducks, geese, and rabbits there, as well as more exotic animals such as Scottish highland cattle, yak cattle and mouflon sheep. In addition, you can experience riding and riding with horse and carriage/sleigh, as well as farm life and other activities. 55 km to Bjørneparken, this is, a zoo with many and beautiful bears and a number of other animals such as lynx, fox, elk, deer, deer and a number of "domestic animals" such as goats, horses, pigs, chickens and not least hedgehogs.
