Relax with incredible ocean views in this well appointed 3 bedroom townhouse. Positioned just a stone's throw from Søly strand (one of Moss' best beaches) and walking distance to Moss city centre, Moss train station and the Southern Jeløy nature reserve park.
The Space:
This is a terrace house in a quiet neighbourhood with lovely sea views. The house has three bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom and separate laundry room with extra WC. There is a fireplace in the living room and heating cables in the stairwell downstairs, in the laundry room and bathroom. There is a balcony from the living room on the main floor (steet entrance) and a terrace on the lower floor. There is also a terrace at the front which enjoys the afternoon and evening sun in summer. The apartment was refurbished between 2012 and 2016.
The Neighborhood:
Moss is situated 45 mins South of Oslo by train or car.
The house is located in area called Framnes, which is a 15-20 minute walk from Moss centre or Moss train station.
Framnes is on Jeløy, a beautiful island on the Oslo fjord rich in nature and with great walking trails.
From this location, you can easily walk to the famous Alby farm and cafe, or into the centre of Moss.
If you're visiting in Summer, then one of Moss' best beaches is at your doorstep.
Getting Around:
There isn't any on premesis parking, but there is always street parking available right outside the house.
There is a bus stop very close by that connects you with Moss city centre and Moss train station.
Biking is also a great way to get around.
Other Things to Note:
Unfortunately we cannot accomodate parties or excessive noise, since we share walls with our neighbours. We kindly ask you respect this request :-)
