Pleasant holiday home by the sea on the east side of the island of Hugla. The island has a beautiful landscape that invites to hiking along the sea and in the mountains with magnificent views of the archipelago. Great sea fishing. The house was built in 1967 and renovated between 1996 and 2015. Main floor with living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower and hot tub for 2 people. In the basement, there is a small living room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom/laundry room. Double bed in each bedroom. In the living room, there is a large flat-screen TV (Smart TV) with Norwegian and international TV channels. A wood-burning stove provides good heat on cold winter, spring, and autumn days. View to the sea from the house and the spacious terrace with barbecue and outdoor furniture. Child-friendly, sunny garden. Hot tub that provides extra holiday enjoyment for the whole family. The island has a wonderful landscape and invites children and adults alike to hikes along the sea and into the mountains. Hugltinden is the highest peak at 624 m above sea level and with magnificent view towards the islands of Dønna and Løkta in the south and the islands of Lovund and Træna in the west. Beatiful sunsets. An idyllic, shallow beach is located on the island's west side where children can swim and look for shells. The sea surrounding the island is rich in fish. Here, you can stand with your fishing rod on the rocks along the lake and fish. Afterwards you can enjoy the most delicious fish meal prepared on the grill on the terrace. Parking space by the house, which is close to the ferry quay. Car ferry runs from Nesna to Hugla several times a day, the crossing only takes 10 minutes and is free of charge. At Nesna, there is a grocery shop and several eateries. From Nesna, a speed boat can be taken to the islands of Træna, Myken, Rødøy to see the small island communities in the sea, a great experience. Boat for rent: 19-foot Kvaernø, self-balancing open boat with 50 hp engine, GPS, sonar, chart plotter and 4 rod holders. The boat is located at the floating jetty on Nesna, 3 km from the house. You need to use the free car ferry to/from Nesna, the crossing takes 10 minutes. During your stay, the boat can be moored at the floating jetty 70 m from the house. Caught fish can be eaten during the stay, but foreign guests are not allowed to export fish out of Norway, as the landlord is not registered in the Norwegian tourist fishing register. THE BOAT NEEDS TO BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE AND IS AVAILABLE BETWEEN 1.5-1.10.
