Directly above the holiday house there is a sheltered barbecue area with fire pit, benches, and a table. Close by you will find Skjerjehamn, an old village restored in 2007 where you can enjoy dinner and home-brewed beer. Every year at the end of July, there is a festival here with famous artists. From the holiday home, there is approx. 8.2 km to the town of Byrknes with grocery store and service offers. Bergen with its attractions, shops, and restaurants is 1.5 hours away.
