Modern and comfortable cottage in magnificent surroundings on a view plot by the sea, east in Lofoten. Sunny, quiet and child-friendly plot and idyllic sandy beaches. Lovely hiking terrain for the whole family in the mountains or along the sea. Good sea fishing. Linen is included. The cottage was built in 2020 and tastefully decorated with large windows in the kitchen and living room that face the sea and make the rooms bright and cozy. The large sliding doors from the living room to the terrace give you a feeling of close contact with nature. The bathroom is spacious and has access to a sauna. 3 bedrooms, one on the ground floor with a comfortable double bed 1.80 m wide. 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor where one has a double bed 1.50 m wide and one has a bed 1.20 m wide. Heat pump and wood stove with glass door that provides comfortable heat even on cold winter days. Free internet and smart TV with access to Norwegian and some international channels, including ZDF. Netflix and Google Chrome can be used for your own account. From the living room, kitchen and terrace there is a magnificent sea view towards the Vestfjord and the mainland to the east. Here you can sit with your morning coffee and enjoy the beautiful sunrise. The landscape out here is wild with boulders and rocks shaped by the ocean through the millennia. In winter, the northern lights are a great experience. Even stormy days with the big ocean waves breaking up the beach are a powerful sight. It is 50 m to the idyllic sandy beach by the sea where children can swim and pick shells. Good sea fishing with fishing rod from the mountains. Hiking trail in Pundslettfjellet with magnificent views over the Vestfjord, Raftsundet and the many islands outside. 6 km to Digermulen with grocery store, café and hiking trail to Keiservarden, laid out by Emperor Wilhelm II in 1889. Good starting point for walks around Lofoten, 70 km to Svolvær.
