There are 124 sqm over two floors. Open solution between kitchen/dining room and living room on the first floor. On the ground floor, there is one bathroom with WC and shower and two bedrooms with a double bed each. Electric heating as well as a wood stove in the living room. The house is located 150 m from the Tana River. Parking space right outside the house all year. The holiday home is located in beautiful and idyllic nature with wooded moors and rich plant and animal life, as well as easily accessible mountains with many fishing lakes. Great hiking opportunities of different lengths and hiking trails a short distance from the house. The nearest fishing lake is 800 m from the house. Fishing in the Tana River is prohibited in 2024. In summer, the midnight sun can be experienced from the house. During winter, you might see the northern lights extra strong due to little light pollution in the area. In winter, there are a number of snowmobile trails in the area, ski trails can be found at the camping about 1 km from the house. On request, the landlord offers guided tours in summer and winter. Possibility to rent a river boat with or without a driver in the summer, or a scooter in the winter.
