Sunny holiday home with beautiful sea views and fantastic sunsets, only 1 hour and 15 minutes from Oslo, between Sponvika and Skjebergkilen. The cottage has a large terrace of 75 sqm with sun all day. Spacious living room where you can enjoy the view from both the dining table and the sofa corner. The kitchen is small but has the equipment you need. Two of the bedrooms have family bunks with double lower bunk, the last bedroom has a family bunk with 120 cm. lower berth, so you can bring an extra child if you wish. There is also a travel cot available for baby. Access to one of the bedrooms through another bedroom. Bathroom with combined washer and dryer. Electricity included during summer (week 26-32). Winter-insulated cottage, so the beautiful nature in the area can be enjoyed in all seasons. Great hiking opportunities both on foot and by bike, including "Kyststien". 100 m to the sea and pier (great crab fishing opportunities). 300 meters to child-friendly beach with bathing jetty and diving tower. Own bathing raft. 15 minutes to Nordby shopping center. Great common area just below the cabin for ball games and play, there is also a football pitch and volleyball court nearby. Board games, cards, and books are available in the cottage. The cottage has internet but no TV. Outdoor furniture on the large terrace and a charcoal grill if you wish to cook outside. The hot water tank is 100 liters. Parking 50 meters away, but you can drive to the cottage to unload the car. Not rented out to youth groups.
