The nationally renowned Helleristningsfeltet in Ausvika is well worth a visit. There are great hiking opportunities for mountain hikes with the mountains Vikafjellet in the north, Hornelen in the east and Nova in the south. Stavang Landhandel is located by the marina and offers groceries, a post office, gasoline and diesel pumps with a card machine that can be used 24 hours a day. The marina also has a nice pub. From Stavang, you can take a trip to Norway's westernmost town Florø. Another popular destination is Svanøy with Svanøy Gaard and deer farm that is well worth a visit.
