Great hiking terrain and a good starting point for day trips by car. The holiday home was built in 2020 and tastefully decorated. In the living room, the wood stove provides comfortable warmth on cold days. Satellite TV with many international channels, free internet for surfing. The holiday home is located 30 m from the fjord. From the living room, TV room and one bedroom there is a panoramic view of beautiful fjord landscape. Here you can sit on the terrace and enjoy the view during the morning coffee and hear the waves crashing against the shore. The fjord is rich in fish. Great hiking terrain for the whole family invites to hiking along the fjord or up the mountain. Nice starting point for day trips by car around the area; to the island kingdom Vikna with small fishing villages and the village Rørvik. From Rørvik, boats go to the old fishing village Sør-Gjeslingan out at sea and are a sight to behold. Visit the island Leka and the mountain Heilhornet in the north which rises over 1,000 masl. The view from the mountain top is magnificent. 7 km to grocery store. In the area there are several fishing lakes where fishing can be done against payment of a fishing license BOAT IS AVAILABLE IN THE PERIOD 15.5-15.9. Boat for rent: 1x 16 foot boat with 15 hp outboard engine, is moored in the fjord on free mooring and can be rented.
