Holiday house from 1950 idyllically located in a small fjord village with a lovely view over the fjord to the south/southwest, sloping natural plot and great hiking terrain right outside the door. Rich fishing opportunities in freshwater and sea. Family-friendly with many opportunities for play and activity. Access to own barbecue hut. The holiday house is 200 square meters over 2 floors and has an open layout between the kitchen, dining room and living room. The house is well equipped and pleasantly furnished. The ground floor has been renovated and contains in addition to living room and kitchen a hallway, laundry room with toilet, bathroom, toilet and 2 bedrooms. The first floor still looks like the 50s and contains 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have a double bed. Heating with heat pump and wood stove in living room. In the basement, there are freezers and a filleting place with water and light. The cabin is located 100 m from the sea with a great view of the sea and landscape from both living room and terrace. Guests have access to dock and barbecue house. Summer and winter parking space outside the house. Idyllic landscape with wooded meadows and rich plant life (nature reserve), as well as easily accessible mountains with fishing lakes. Perfect for anyone who likes outdoor life. A small boat is available, or you can explore the shore, the playground with ball pit and play stand, or use the available toys and games. In summer, the midnight sun can be seen from Komagfjord, approx. 1 km from the house. Hiking opportunities within a short distance from the house. If you follow the road from the house up the hill, you can go on relatively easy mountain walks, or just follow the unmarked path towards Rakaluft. Seiland and Bekkarfjord are also a recommended nature experience and are accessible by boat. Marked summit tours to Mikhalfjellet, Kufjellet, Klubben, Nordnes. Many winter experiences with great opportunities for northern lights from the house/terrace or barbecue hut. There are groomed trails, a lighted trail, and a slalom slope in Rafsbotn. Fishing waters near the house: Mikalfjellvannet, Eldborgvann, Steinhaugvannet. For sea fishing, Korsfjorden is an excellent starting point for some of the best fishing spots in Stjernsundet, Vargsundet and Rognsundet. Ferry connection Nyvoll-Korsfjorden 6 times daily, please note separate routes at weekends. Boats moored at the wharf 50 m from the holiday house and for rent between 1 May - 1 October. Car for rent, Scoda Octavia 4WD 2010 model, deposit NOK 2500. Boat and car needs to be booked in advance.
