Summary: It started out fine, but our experience quickly deteriorated as we settled in. We noticed stains on one of the pillow cases, and Kristin was quick and responsive in the beginning. We were told a new one would be provided to us the next morning, but it never did, and when we tried to follow up, we never heard back again. Furthermore, there was loud screaming and/or partying PAST MIDNIGHT EVERY NIGHT (we were there for 3 nights), and it was very difficult to fall asleep under these conditions. We understand some of this might be out of their control, but we didn’t even get a response when we shared this with Kristin. The icing on the cake is the rules, THERE ARE SO MANY RULES. The one that surprised us the most was that we had to put the bedsheets on ourselves at check-in AND take them off at check-out. We always keep the place we stay at clean anyway, but being asked as guests to do bedsheets was definitely not something we ever experienced before.
