Positive: Wonderful view! Comfortable master bedroom. Nice kitchen. Quiet location with short drive to city center.

Negative: Long staircase to access apartment might be a challenge for older guests. Single bathroom requiring access via master bedroom may be unfavorable for unrelated guests. No access found to live TV channels.
