Some firewood can be used from the woodshed but should be purchased locally. You park at the bottom of the road and walk about 170 meters to the cabin. Here you will be impressed by the beautiful large terrace overlooking the water, as well as a comfortable, cozy interior.
If you want to rent a boat, you can do so just a short walk from the cabin. There are many good hiking opportunities on Kvaløya and plenty of freshwater fishing spots in addition to fishing in the fjord. Check the local rules, as locally different rules apply.
Tromsø is an exciting city and is half an hour's drive from the cabin - an ideal destination for a day trip. The city is located far north of the Arctic Circle and is the largest city in the Arctic! New and old meet here, including a lively nightlife and all-around fantastic nature including the Northern Lights.
