Positive: Amazing staff they work really hard. Bed was super comfy

Negative: The sink was left on burning hot, I got truly hurt. Also lot water on floor at toilet. Otherwise everything fantastic and kind staff really make for any problem, very helpful genuine people. Thank you so much for taking care of me and helping with my luggage 🧳 My bed was amazing really comfortable
