Cozy apartment on two levels in a farm building. Scenic surroundings right by a salmon river. Only 30 minutes from Trondheim Airport. The apartment has an open kitchen / living room solution on the 1st floor. Kitchen has wood stove with hob, hob, fridge, and dishwasher. By included. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower cubicle and washing machine. 2nd floor has attic living room with sofa bed that can be converted into a double bed. Wood stove. One bedroom with double bed. Storage space in stairwells. Cot available on request. The small farm Kringtrøa/Trøa is located close to the railway and Stjørdalselva. The is the opportunity to buy fishing licenses from Stjørdal hunters' and fishing association (SJFF) for large parts of the summer, and hunting licenses from the landowners' association in the autumn. The part of the river that borders the property has available fishing licenses from SJFF in August. It is only a 5-minute walk to the river. In addition, there is the opportunity to fish in a small trout lake along the hiking trail around Seteråsen. There is the hiking area organized with fire pits, gapahuk, jetty, outdoor toilet and gravel road around the water free of charge. Marked hiking trails / celebrity trails (trimpoeng.no and kenntmann.no). There is currently no animal husbandry, but the owner has a dog and cat, so in case of severe allergies, a farm will probably not be a suitable resort. The town of Flora is a 1-hour drive from Trondheim and Storlien (Sweden). Nearest shop is 15 minutes away (Hegra) and it takes 30 min to Trondheim Airport. Meråker has an alpine center and an adventure park. Sylan, Skarvan and Roltdalen National Park are not far away. The property is "in the middle of Trøndelag" and can be a good starting point to explore the rest of the region (Frosta, Den Gyldne Omvei, Namsskogan).
