Nice holiday home located on idyllic Hvaler. The house is located in onae residential area with only a short walk from the water. The house is new and nicely decorated. Three bedrooms with good beds. From the master bedroom there is direct access to a small balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee undisturbed. The house has two living rooms, two bathrooms and a separate laundry room. At the back of the house, there is a large terrace and a small annex. There are no remnants at the back of the terrace, and easy access to the for-est. Hvaler is an Eldorado in the summer. Many beautiful beaches in the area, and only a short distance to Skjærhalden with cozy little shops and outdoor restaurant on the pier. Great hiking opportunities in the area. From the house it is half an hour by car to Fredrikstad and the Old Town, and an hour's drive to Svinesund (Sweden).
